Participants engage across diverse fields including health and WASH, gender and social inclusion, climate change, environment and agriculture, entrepreneurship, education, and sustainable development, as well as cross-cutting support areas such as ICT, communications, finance, HR, and monitoring and evaluation. More than a pathway into work, the programme serves as a launchpad for socially conscious leaders and changemakers committed to impacting lives and inspiring lasting change.

Learning Track
Learning Track
This track is tailored for university and college students seeking practical field experience as part of their academic programmes. Interns are placed within active projects and operational units, where they contribute to research, programme delivery, data management, and community mobilization. Our aim is to ensure that students apply theory to practice, build confidence, and cultivate professional ethics in real-world contexts while making an impact from day one.
Volunteer Track
Volunteering with Human Impact Hub is more than giving time it's about joining a movement. Our volunteer programme offers individuals the opportunity to contribute their skills, ideas, and energy toward real community impact. Whether supporting health outreach, youth mobilization, entrepreneurship training, or environmental activities, volunteers become part of local solutions. This track is open to individuals of all backgrounds who want to experience first-hand the value of community service, solidarity, and social responsibility.
Graduate Traineeship Track
Our Graduate Traineeship programme is a structured, on-the-job learning experience for recent university graduates passionate about development, humanitarian work, and systems change. Trainees are embedded within different departments or field sites, gaining exposure to project design, implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. Through mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on learning, trainees are prepared to become future leaders in the non-profit and social innovation space.
