COMPETITIVE BIDDING OF VEHICLES

Hi-Hub is inviting bids from the public for the sale of the under listed vehicles (Cars and Motorbikes) as indicated below:

Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids as per the following instructions:

1. Bid submission

• The above vehicles will be available for inspection from 09.00a.m – 12.30p.m on Tuesday 2^nd July to Friday 5^th July 2024 at the location indicated above.
• Prospective Bidders who want to inspect the vehicles should send their:
  1. Full name
  2. Phone number
  3. ID Number/ Passport Number/Drivers License Number
  4. Indicate viewing location

by e-mail to procurement@handinhand.co.zw  atleast one (1)  day before the inspection date.

• Prospective bidders must come with valid ID/passport card to Hi-Hub Offices on the inspection date and

BIDDING PROCESS

1. Bidders can submit their bid for more than one vehicle. (separate envelope for each bid)
2. Bidders should prepare their document using the bid submission form  below
3. The winning bidder will be informed through e mail and an official call through the telephone number provided on the bid document submitted to us.

Please note that all vehicles will be sold on “as is” “where is” basis with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied as to the condition of the items.  There will be no refunds made after payment for the above vehicles.

ALL BIDS MUST BE SEALED, ADDRESSED AND SUBMITTED TO:

Not later than 13:00hrs on Friday 14^th of July 2024 marked “SALE OF VEHICLES” – (Late submission will be disqualified). Indicate the vehicle registration number on the envelope. Each vehicle bid should be in a separate envelope.

Successful bidders will be required to pay to Hi-Hub within 14 days of receipt of offer and, thereafter, must remove the vehicles from the Hi-Hub Premises within 14 days after effecting payment. Bank account details will be provided to the winning bidders.

Hi-Hub is not bound to accept the highest or any bid under any circumstances.
