Felix Tete is the Founding Chief Executive Officer of Human Impact Hub (Hi-Hub), having previously served as the Founding CEO of Hand in Hand Zimbabwe and as Country Director for Hand in Hand Southern Africa (Zimbabwe). He is a seasoned development practitioner with over 30 years of experience across the non-profit, private, and international development sectors.

Felix holds dual Masters degrees, an MComm in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from Midlands State University, and an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of London as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods from Stellenbosch University. He is currently a PhD Candidate in Management Sciences at Midlands State University.

Over his extensive career, he has specialized in entrepreneurship and enterprise development, women and youth economic empowerment, climate change, food and nutrition security, gender, and community resilience. Beginning his career in 1989, Felix evolved from an extensionist and MEAL specialist into a senior programme leader, evaluator, and organizational strategist. He has led complex national and regional evaluations for more than two decades and has managed large-scale development programmes with a focus on impact, accountability, and innovation.

Felix is widely recognized for championing integrated development approaches that use entrepreneurship, business development, and community-driven solutions as pathways for economic inclusion, particularly for resource-limited and vulnerable women and youth. His work intentionally links economic participation with health and wellbeing, ensuring that communities are supported holistically through improved access to finance, markets, social services, and long-term livelihood opportunities. His leadership is defined by operational excellence, strong financial stewardship, and a collaborative, data-driven approach that empowers teams, strengthens organizational systems, and delivers sustainable impact.

He has cultivated strong donor relationships, built successful public–private partnerships, and contributed to mobilizing significant development resources. His work continues to champion inclusive, sustainable, and resilient community development across Zimbabwe.
